摘要
本文对茶叶中咖啡因提取方式进行了比较,并通过单因素实验对茶叶中咖啡因的提取条件进行比较和优化,得出微波加热法提取茶叶中咖啡因的最佳提取条件。此法操作简单,安全环保,过程简捷,结果合理。
This article has passed the single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments comparing caffeine extraction conditions and optimization of microwave heating method derived caffeine in tea extract optimum extraction conditions. This method is simple,safe and environmentally friendly,the process is simple,the result is reasonable.
