益生菌和抗菌肽复合物对肉鸡生产性能及免疫性能的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Complexes of Probiotics and Antimicrobial Peptide on Production Performance and Immune Organs in Broilers

摘要 试验旨在研究微生态制剂和抗菌肽复合物对肉鸡生长性能和免疫性能的影响。试验选取AA肉鸡48 000羽,采用单因子完全随机设计,分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复2 000羽。空白对照组饲喂基础日粮;益生菌组饲喂基础日粮+屎肠球菌5×109cfu·g^(-1);抗菌肽组饲喂基础日粮+抗菌肽100万U·g^(-1);益生菌+抗菌肽组饲喂基础日粮+康福特(其成分为抗菌肽100万U·g^(-1),屎肠球菌5×109cfu·g^(-1))。试验结果表明,3个处理组均能显著提高日采食量和日增重,降低料肉比(P<0.05)。其中抗菌肽+康福特组显著降低了死淘率(P<0.05),抗菌肽组和益生菌+抗菌肽组显著提高了脾脏指数(P<0.05),但是各处理组之间胸腺指数和法氏囊指数没有差异。微生态组、抗菌肽组和复合物组都能显著降低禽舍氨气和硫化氢等浓度(P<0.05),复合物组的效果优于微生态组和抗菌肽组(P<0.05)。因此,抗菌肽和微生态制剂均能提高肉鸡的生产性能,降低料肉比,与单一成分比较,微生态制剂与抗菌肽复合物具有增强其效果的作用。 The broiler trial was conducted with 48 000 AA broilers. Animals were randomly divided into 4treatment, each treatment with 6 repeats and each repeat 2 000 broilers. Blank control group was fed the basal diet;probiotic group was fed the basal diet + Enterococcus faecium 5×109cfu · g-1; antimicrobial peptide group was fed the basal diet + antimicrobial peptide 106 U · g^(-1); probiotic bacteria + antimicrobial peptide group was fed the basal diet+Comfort(Enterococcus faecium 5×109cfu · g^(-1)+ antimicrobial peptide 106 U · g^(-1)). The results showed that,compared with control group, all 3 treatment had significantly higher average daily feed intake(ADFI), average daily gain(ADG) and feed efficiency(F/G, P〈0.05), and the Comfort group had significant decreased death and culling rate(P〈0.05). The Probioticsnt+antimicrobial peptide group had significantly higher spleen index than others(P〈0.05),while thymus index and bursa fabricius index had no different among treatments. Probioticsnt and antimicrobial peptide can obviously reduce the ammonia and hydrogen sulfide amount in the trial henhouse, respectively or cooperatively(P〈0.05), and the Comfort group had the best effect(P〈0.05). In conclusion, Probioticsnt and antimicrobial peptide could improve the production performance and feed efficiency of broiler, and antimicrobial peptide alone could significantly enhance the immune level of broilers. And compared with single ingredient, antimicrobial peptide combine with Probioticsnt would have heightened effects.
