摘要
抗菌肽是生物界中广泛存在的一类生物活性肽。它具有抗细菌、真菌、病毒和原虫作用,甚至对癌细胞也具有杀伤作用。本文就抗菌肽的来源、作用机理、抗菌肽的基因工程及应用前景做一简要的综述。
Anti-bacterial peptides are a kind of bioactive peptides that exist in organism and biosphere widely.They possess the activities of anti-bacteria,anti-fungi,anti-virus and anti-plasmodium.This paper reviewed the source,mechanism,genetic engineering and application of antibacterial peptides and applications in the future.
