摘要
目的:观察银丹心脑通软胶囊对冠心病患者血脂水平的影响。方法:选择124例冠心病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组63例和对照组61例。对照组给予常规西药治疗方案治疗,观察组在对照组治疗额基础上加用银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗。结果:观察组有效率93.65%,对照组80.33%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C均明显改善,且观察组TC、TG和LDL-C水平低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银丹心脑通软胶囊可有效改善冠心病患者血脂水平,提高治疗效果。
Objective： To observe the influence of Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsule（ YDXNTSC） on blood lipid of patients with coronary artery disease. Methods： One hundred and twenty-four patients with coronary artery disease were chosen as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 63 and 61 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine,while the ones in the observation group were added YDXNTSC on the basic treatment of the control group. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 93. 65%,while that of the control group was80. 33%; And the observation group was better than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDLC level of the observation group were greatly improved; And TC,TG,and LDL-C level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group; HDL-C level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group; And the differences between them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： YDXNTSC can greatly improve blood lipid level of patients with coronary artery disease,and the clinical curative effect.
