摘要
目的:探讨补阳还五汤加减联合西医常规治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将132例冠心病心绞痛患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用补阳还五汤加减治疗。治疗后比较两组患者心绞痛发作持续时间及发作频率、心电图疗效、血脂指标等情况差异。结果:观察组心电图检测后有效率为95.45%、中医证候分析后有效率为96.97%、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)为(2.23±0.42)mmol·L-1、载脂蛋白A-Ⅰ(ApoA-Ⅰ)为(1.25±0.17)g·L-1明显高于对照组(P<0.05);心绞痛发作持续时间(2.01±0.63)min、发作频率每周(1.23±0.44)次、三酰甘油(TG)为(2.16±0.58)mmol·L-1、胆固醇(TC)为(1.14±0.27)mmol·L-1、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)为(1.28±0.45)g·L-1明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛可以有效缩短发作时间及频率,优化心电图表现及血脂指标,改善中医证候,具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective:To investigate the effect of modified buyang huanwu decoction combined conventional western medicine treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods : 132 cases of coronary heart disease angina peetoris patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was given conventional western medicine, and the observation group was additionally given buyang huanwu decoction on the basis of the control group. Attacking lasting time and frequency, electrocardio- gram curative effect and blood lipids index of angina of the two groups were compared After treatment. Results : In the observation group, the efficiency of electrocardiogram was 95.45 %, efficiency of TCM syndrome was 96.97 % , LDL was (2.23 ±0.42 ) mmol·L^-1, and ApoA- I was ( 1.25 ±0.17) g·L^-1 which were significantly higher than the control group;Angina duration was (2.01 ±0.63) min, frequency was ( 1.23 ±0.44) times per week,and TG was (2.16 ±0.58) mmol·L^-1 ,TC was ( 1.14 ±0.27) mmol·L^-1 ,and ApoB was ( 1.28 ± 0.45 ) g ·L^-1 which were significantly lower than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of coronary heart disease angina peetoris can effectively shorten the time and frequency, optimize ECG and blood lipid indicators ,and improve TCM syndromes,which has good clinical effect.
