摘要
目的探讨加味八珍汤防治希罗达所致手足综合征的临床价值。方法 2013年1月—2015年1月在我院接受希罗达治疗的恶性肿瘤患者,随机分成加味八珍汤内服联合浸泡手足观察组和口服维生素B6对照组各30例防治手足综合征,根据NCI的HFS分级法进行疗效分析。结果 60例患者均按预期完成希罗达化疗方案,观察组30例患者中,出现手足综合征0级14例,I级11例,II级4例,III级1例。对照组30例患者中,0级5例,I级8例,II级14例,III级3例。观察组明显优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味八珍汤可以有效预防和减少HFS发生,改善患者的生活质量,还能帮助患者完成化疗且安全性良好,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of modified Bazhen decoction in the prevention and treatment of hand-foot syndrome induced by Xeloda. Methods 60 cases of patients with malignant tumor who received Xeloda therapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group received oral administration of Bazhen decoction combined with immersing hand and foot. The control group took orall vitamin B6. The therapeutic effect was analyzed according to HFS rating of the NCI. Results 60 patients were expected to be completed Xeloda chemotherapy. In the observation group, 14 cases appeared 0 hand-foot syndrome, 11 cases were in grade I , 4 cases were in grade Ⅱ, and 1 case was in gradclⅢ. In the control group, 5 cases appeared 0 hand-foot syndrome, 8 cases were in grade I, 14 cases were in grade Ⅱ, 3 cases were in grade Ⅱ. The observation group was superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified Bazhen decoction can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of HFS, and improve the quality of life. It also can help patient to complete chemotherapy, and is safe. It is worthy of further promotion.
