摘要
目的观察中西医结合在治疗卡培他滨引起的手足综合征中的应用效果。方法选取于我院2012年5月—2015年5月期间收治的进行化疗的癌症患者61例为研究对象。采用随机数字分组法将其分为对照组和观察组。所有患者均给予卡培他滨化疗并均发生手足综合征,对照组仅给予西医治疗,观察组给予中西医结合治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后临床手足综合征变化情况;比较治疗前后中医症状积分变化情况;比较治疗预前后两组患者疼痛程度;比较两组患者治疗前后一般状况评分情况。结果治疗前两组患者手足综合征分级无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者分级均明显下降,且观察组比对照组更加明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后,中医症状积分均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者疼痛程度均明显改善,且观察组比对照组改善更明显(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者一般状况评分均明显改善,且观察组比对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合可有效降低卡培他滨化疗引起的手足综合征症状,且效果显著,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To observe the application effect of integrated Chinese-western therapy in the prevention of capecitabine induced hand-foot syndrome. Methods 61 cases of cancer patient were randomly divided into control group(30 cases) and observation group(31 cases). Both groups were given capecitabine chemotherapy,control group was given western medicine,observation group was given integrated Chinese-western therapy. The changes of clinical hand-foot syndrome,TCM symptom scores,the pain level and the general condition scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the degree of both groups decreased significantly,observation group was more obvious than control group(P<0.05); the symptom scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before intervention,observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05); the pain levels of both groups were significantly improved,observation group improved more significantly than control group(P<0.05); the general condition scores of both groups were significantly improved,and the improvement in observation group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated Chinese-western therapy can effectively reduce the symptoms of hand-foot syndrome caused by capecitabine chemotherapy,the effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
