摘要
肿瘤学作为医学临床教育中的重点学科,具有较强的理论性和实践性,但鉴于肿瘤疾病发病原因复杂、教学难度大、涉及内容广等原因,现行的临床肿瘤学教学弊端显著,如教学内容分散、缺乏系统性及整体性、临床实践少等,致使教学难以跟上学科发展的步伐,无法满足临床工作需求.文章在分析PBL、LBL及CBL传统教学模式各自存在的优缺点基础上,采用三者结合的交互式教学模式应用于临床肿瘤学的实践教学中,发现该模式对提高学生学习效率及自学能力、激发学习兴趣,提升学生临床思维和实践能力等方面效果显著,最后提出并分析教学实践操作中的注意事项,为临床肿瘤学教学提供参考.
As a key subject in medical clinical education, the oncology has strong theoretical and practical characteristics, but in view of the complexity of tumor diseases, teaching difficulty, and wide content related, the current clinical oncology teaching often has following problems:content scattered, lack of system and integrity and rare clinical practice, and so on, which make it difficult to keep pace with the development of science and can not meet the needs of clinical work. On the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of PBL, LBL and CBL, the paper adopted the interactive teaching mode of the three party, making it apply to practical teaching of clinical oncology. It is found that the effect of this model is significant in improving students' learning efficiency and learning ability, stimulating learning interest, improving students' clinical thinking and practical ability. In the end, it put forward and analyzed the matters of attention in the teaching practice, references for clinical oncology teaching.
