摘要
目的观察病例中心教学法(CBL)对呼吸专科进修医师进行姑息治疗教学中的应用效果。方法对25名呼吸专科进修医师实施CBL教学方法。教学内容由引入真实病例、提出问题分组讨论及老师总结三部分组成。采用问卷调查进行教学效果评估,比较10名接受传统教学模式进修医师的姑息治疗理论考试成绩。结果 25名进修医师中100%对CBL教学方法感到满意,其中96%(24/25)的进修医师认为学习积极性较前有所提高;92%(23/25)的进修医师感到提高了自学能力;88%(22/25)的进修医师感到提高了沟通能力。96%(24/25)的进修医师姑息治疗理论考试超过85分。与传统教学方法相比,差异具有统计学意义(96.3%与70%,χ~2=4.77,P=0.029)。结论 CBL教学法能够提高进修医师学习姑息治疗的主动性和积极性,可获得满意的教学效果。
Objectives Palliative treatment could relieve the symptoms and improve the life quality of patients with lung cancer. However, there are few relevant medical courses about palliative treatment. The study aimed to evaluate the effect of case based learning (CBL) in the teaching of palliative treatment of lung cancer among advanced studying doctors in respiratory department. Methods A total of 25 advanced studying doctors in respiratory medicine were recruited in CBL teaching group. The CBL teaching content included the introduction of real cases, the group discussion and the teacher summary. The questionnaire survey acted as the evaluation of teaching effect. At the end of the teaching, the theory test about palliative care was performed in the CBL and the traditional teaching group. Results 100% of doctors in CBL group were satisfied with this new teaching method , of which 96. 0% (24/25) doctors thought that learning enthusiasm was improved than before, 92% (23/25) doctors felt to improve self-learning ability, and 88% (22/25) doctors felt to enhance communication ability. 96% (24/25) doctors' the theory test of palliative care were more than 85 points. Furthermore, the excellent rate of CBL teaching group for the theory test was better than that of traditional teaching group (96. 3%vs. 70%, X2 =4. 77, P=0. 029). Conclusions The CBL teaching method could improve the initiative and enthusiasm of advanced studying doctors for studying palliative treatment, and obtain the satisfactory teaching effect.
