摘要
目的通过考察青年医务人员角色压力与工作满意度、离职倾向的相关关系,为探索改善青年医务人员角色压力、减少离职提供依据。方法采用方便抽样的方法对253名青年医务人员进行角色压力、工作满意度和离职倾向的问卷调查。结果 1青年医务人员角色压力与工作满意度负性相关关系显著;2总体上,角色压力对青年医务人员的离职具有一定的正向预测作用。结论可以通过缓解青年医务人员的角色压力,一定程度上提高其工作的综合满意度,以期达到减少离职的显著成效。
Objective By examining the correlation between role pressure, job satisfaction and turnover intention in young medical staffs, the basis would be provided on decreasing turnover. Methods 253 young medical staffs that were chose by the convenience sampling method were measured by questionnaires. Results 1 There was significant negative correlation between the scores in role pressure and job satisfaction; 2 Generally, role has a positive predictive effect on turnover of young medical staffs. Conclusion It was feasible to improve job satisfaction and decrease turnover by easing role pressure of young medical staffs.
