摘要
为提高护生临床实习效果 ,分析影响护生实习效果的因素 :如缺乏吃苦精神、文化基础知识浅薄、人际交往能力差、专业知识缺乏、社会偏见及带教老师因素等 。
In order to improve the clinical practice effectiveness of nursing students, the factors affecting the clinical practice of nursing students were analyzed. These factors includes lack the spirit of bearing hardships, meager knowledge of basic culture, a poor ability to communicating with each other, and not enough professional knowledge. Moreover, they had some prejudices against the society. In addition, some factors were on teacher's side. Based on all these factors, countermeasures were put forward.
