摘要
培养护生预检分诊能力和操作技能,是提升护士人性化服务理念,达到提高急救技术及快速的应急反应能力的教学目的。通过对过去带教中存在的问题进行分析,制定改进措施,确保了护士的实习质量。并通过提高带教老师的素质,采取科学施教,达到了预期的实习效果。
With training capacity of triage and operation,heightening sense of humanized service,enhancing emergency treatment and capacity of emergency reaction to achieve education goal.Analyzing problem of clinical teaching in nursing student,work out improving measure.Improving measure is quality of guarantee.With improving teaching quality of teaching,adopting scientific method to attain desired teaching reaults.
