摘要
目的探讨临床实习护生角色转变的影响因素。方法以问卷调查的方法对66例临床实习护生进行调查,并计算调查结果中各因素肯定回答率。结果影响护生角色转换的因素包括:患者的怀疑与不信任(93.9%),教师的行为(65.2%)和引导不足(60.6%),护生心理应对能力缺乏(66.7%),沟通能力欠缺(57.6%),护理技术操作不熟练(51.6%),护理专业知识缺乏(42.4%),以及专业认识不足(36.4%)。结论只有针对不同的影响因素提出可行性的改良对策,才能使护生的角色转变顺利进行。
Objective To investigate the factors influencing the role transition of clinical nursing students and the countermeasures. Methods A questionnaire was designed for 66 nursing students who were practicing in clinical hospitals, and the results of affirmative answers were summarized. Results The influencing factors included the patients’ suspicion and mistrust (93.9%), deficiency in teachers’ behavior (65.2%) and guidance (60.6%), deficiency in mental adaptability (66.7%) of clinical nursing students, deficiency of the communication skills (57.6%) of clinical nursing students, nursing students’ inexperience with nursing technical operations (51.6%), deficiency in professional knowledge (42.4%) and lacking of professional understanding (36.4%). Conclusions Only by providing feasible countermeasures against each of the different factors, can we make the transition of nursing students’ role successful.
