摘要
基于XDS-I.b的全院级影像文档平台为临床提供了统一的影像文档浏览视窗,采用国际标准规范易于集成与扩展。介绍了建立全院级影像文档平台的必要性及要求,以IHE的XDS.b及XDS-I.b基础技术框架为规范参考,探讨了全院级影像文档平台与第三方系统的接口设计,最后提出了平台的逻辑架构及实现方式。
The Hospital-Wide Imaging Document Platform（HWIDP） which is based on IHE XDS-I.b, provides a unified imaging document for clinical by browser, using international standards for easy integration and expansion. It shows the necessity and requirements for building the platform, and discusses the interfaces between HWIDP and the third- party system, finally provides a logical architecture and the way of implementation in IHE XDS.b and XDS-I.b.
