摘要
医院信息系统众多,集成平台是连接各个业务系统的桥梁。通过对集成平台建设中的应用功能规划、交互消息选择、系统对接改造、主数据管理等方面常见问题的分析,阐述平台建设过程是医院信息架构重建,业务流程再造的过程,同时也是提高数据质量、提升医疗数据应用价值的过程,并以北京世纪坛医院集成平台建设实践为基础,探讨医院集成平台建设过程中的主要问题、实施成效与对策建议,以供行业人员参考。
There are many hospital information systems,and the integrated platform performs as a bridge to connect the various business systems.Through the analysis of the common problems in platform construction planning,interactive message selection,system interface development,main data management and so on,this paper expounds that the platform construction process is not only the process of hospital information architecture reconstruction nor business process re-engineering,but also the process of data quality improvement and the of medical data application value enhancement.The discussion on the main problems,effectiveness and countermeasures of the construction practice of Beijing Shijitan Hospital integrated platform aims to provide a reference for the industry.
