结核分枝杆菌快速耐药表型检测技术的新进展 被引量:2

New Progress of Rapid Methods for Drug-Resistance Detection in Myeobacterium Tuberculosis

摘要 结核病至今仍然是危害公共健康的一大难题。耐多药/广泛耐药的结核分枝杆菌(MDR-TB/XDR.TB)仍是制约控制结核病传播的重大影响因素,因此分析结核分枝杆菌对一线及二线抗结核药的耐药情况是十分必要的。传统检测方法耗时长且操作繁琐。近些年来,出现了一些快速的结核分枝杆菌耐药检测方法,该综述将介绍几种以结核分枝杆菌培养为基础的快速耐药检测。 Tuberculosis is still a major public health problem in the world. Multidrug-resistant and extensively drug drug-resistant tuberculosis make the efficient control of the disease stressing even harder. There is an urgent need to investigate the resistance to first and second line drugs. Conventional detecting methods are slow and cumbersome. Some new progress have been appeared in the last years for the rapid and timely detection of drug-resistance in tuberculosis. This review will introduce several phenotypic culture-based methods for rapid drug susceptibility testing in Mycobacteria tuberculosis.
