摘要
采用超声波法提取了银耳中的粗多糖,用分光光度法研究了银耳粗多糖对?OH、DPPH和?O2-的清除作用。结果表明:银耳粗多糖对?OH、DPPH和?O2-的清除作用明显,且清除率与多糖浓度之间存在一定的量效关系。银耳粗多糖可作为一种良好的天然抗氧化剂,开发应用前景广泛。
The ultrasonic method was used to extract the crude polysaccharides in tremella. And eliminating effect of tremella crude polysaccharides towards ·OH, DPPH and ·O2- was investigated by the spectrophotometric method. The results show that the eliminating effect is significant, and there is a certain dose-effect relation between polysaccharide concentration and eliminating rate. As a good natural antioxidant, the tremella crude polysaccharides have a wide application prospect.
