中药党参经热水提取 ,乙醇沉淀得粗品党参多糖 ,Zn SO4 法去蛋白 ,再经 Polyerde吸附 ,60°C热水脱附 ,乙醇沉淀 ,真空干燥得纯品党参多糖。实验测定了党参多糖对 O-·2 和 OH· 的抑制作用 ,结果表明党参多糖对O-·2 和 OH·
Codonopsis was extracted with hot water at 90 °C , precipitated by alcohol. The protein in the extract was removed by zinc sulphate. The resulting solution was passed through an absorbent column packed with polyerde. The column was then eluted with hot water (60 °C ), the eluate was precipitated by alcohol and dried in vacuum, codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide (CPPS) was obtained. The inhibitable effects of CPPS on superoxide anion free radical and hydroxyl free radical were measured by spectrophotometry. By the results, the CPPS was shown possessing scavenging action on O -· 2 and OH ·.
