摘要
将动液面自动监测装置与数字化网络平台相结合,实现了动液面远程在线连续监测。通过对低产井动液面的连续监测,可动态监测油井产液情况,并根据动液面变化曲线,确定了低产油井的合理间抽时间。将摸索出的油井间抽制度在现场应用,应用后间抽井产量变化不大,抽油泵效明显提高、节能效果显著。
Through combination of dynamic liquid level automatic monitoring devices and digital network and platform,which realizes the dynamic online remote level monitoring,be- sides,by means of continuous monitoring of low-yield wells dynamic liquid level,according to the dynamic liquid level change curve to determine a reasonable time of intermissive pump- ing.There was little change for the output of well after field application. It significantly im- prove pump efficiency,energy-saving effect is remarkable as well.
