摘要
当前国际油价持续低迷,不断压缩生产成本是油田可持续开发的关键。尤其是老区油田面临着低产、低渗、供液不足等诸多情况,采用创新的自动化技术降低生产成本,减少工人劳动强度是技术创新发展的方向。通过探讨国内外先进的动液面监测技术,并结合油田实际选取低产低渗区块,利用连续动液面监测装置探索优化了间抽制度,现场试验表明所确立的间抽生产制度合理,达到了节能降耗、降本增效的目的。
Due to the continued low international oil price at present, continuously cutting production cost is the key to sustainable development of the oilfield, especially to the old oilfield that is faced with low yield, low permeability and insufficient fluid supply etc. Using innovative automation technology to reduce production cost and labor intensity of workers is development direction of technical innovation. Through discussing advanced dynamic liquid level real-time monitoring technologies at home and abroad, and combined with the actual, blocks with low productivity and low permeability are selected, and the continuous dynamic liquid level monitoring device is used to develop and optimize intermissive pumping system. The field experiment shows that the intermissive pumping system that has established is reasonable and reaches the goal of consumption reducing, cost reducing and efficiency increasing.
