液面自动监测技术在堵漏施工中的应用

摘要 随着每年中国石油勘探开发力度的增大,施工过程表现出来的复杂随即大幅度增加,漏失复杂尤为明显。液面自动监测技术能够很好的弥补这种不足,通过测得的液面高度数据,可以直观判断液柱压力,结合测得的套压数据可以直接得出地层压力数据。同时实时的液面高度测量可以计算出泥浆漏失速度,以此判断漏失类型,实时的液面高度可以有效的配合完成堵漏工作。 With the increase of China’s oil exploration and development efforts each year, the drilling construction volume has increased significantly. The complexity of the construction process has increased dramatically, and the leakage complexity is particularly obvious. The liquid level automatic monitoring technology can make up for this deficiency very well. Through the measured liquid level data, the liquid column pressure can be visually judged, and the formation pressure data can be directly obtained by combining the measured pressure data. At the same time, the real-time liquid level measurement can calculate the mud leakage rate, so as to judge the type of leakage. The real-time liquid level can effectively cooperate to complete the plugging work.
