摘要
目的建立功能性消化不良脾虚大鼠的模型,研究健脾消食1号对其胃排空及血清胃肠激素的影响,探讨该方可能的作用机制。方法 60只SD大鼠,随机分为4组:空白对照组、模型恢复组、莫沙必利组、健脾消食1号组。除空白对照组外,其余大鼠均采用劳倦过度加饮食失节法建立脾虚证大鼠模型,连续25 d,各组分别进行生理盐水、莫沙必利、健脾消食1号灌胃,连续1周,取材,测量胃排空率、胃肠激素。结果与模型恢复组比较,健脾消食1号组胃排空增加,血清GAS增加,SS下降。结论健脾消食1号可影响脾虚大鼠血清胃肠激素释放,促进胃排空,这可能是其临床作用的机制之一。
Objective To observe the effect of Jianpixiaoshi I decoction( JPXS-1) on serum levels of gastrin( GAS),substance P( SP),somatostatin( SS) and gastric emptying rate( GER) in ratswith spleen deficiency-functional dyspepsia( FD),and to analyze the mechanisms. Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: blank control group( BCG,n = 15),model recovery group( M RG,n = 15),mosapride group( M G,n = 15),Jianpixiaoshi I group( JPXSG,n = 15). Except the BCG,FD was induced in rats of another groups by swimming to exhaustion every other day and alternative feeding of cabbage and lard for 25 d. M G and JPXSG rats were then intragastrically administered with mosapride and JPXS-1 for 7d( once daily),BCG and M RG rats were given equal volume of physiological saline. All rats were fasted for 24 h with free access to water when the treatment was discontinued. The GER was detected,the concentration of serum GAS,SP and SS were measured by ELSIA. Results The GER and level of GAS in JPXSG were higher than those of M RG( P〈0. 05),and the level of SS in JPXSG was lower than that of M RG( P〈0. 05). Conclusion JPXS-1 could influence the release of gastrointestinal hormones( included GAS and SS) and promote gastric emptying in FD rats,and it might be the mechanism for the treatment of FD.
