摘要
用葫芦脲[7]作为增敏试剂,本文研究了一种新型的流动注射荧光法测定工业废水中的痕量邻苯二胺的方法。实验表明:在适量葫芦脲[71#7包结下,邻苯二胺的荧光有显著增强。在最优化实验条件下,该方法的线性范围是0.09~7.5μmolL^-1,检出限为O.048μmolL^-1,进样频率为60h^-1,此方法简单、快速、灵敏,实验结果令人满意。
This paper is aimed at studying a new method for determining the trace of o-diaminobenzene through using cucurbi- turil[7] as the sensitization reagent and adopting the flowing injection fluorimetric method. The experiment shows that the fluo- rescence of o-phenylenediamine could be remarkably enhanced in the appropriate cucurbituril [7]. Under the optimal experi- mental conditions, the linear range is 0.09-7.5 μmol L^-1. The detection limit is 0.048 μmol L^-1 with a sampling rate of 60 hq. The proposed method is simple and convenient to determine o-phenylenediamine in industrial effluent with satisfactory results.
