摘要
研究了用流动注射荧光法直接测定环境水样中十二烷基苯磺酸钠的方法。激发光波长λex＝230nm，最大发射光波长λem＝293nm，检出限45ng／mL，线性范围0～1．5μg／mL，相关系数0．9997。本法简便快速，应用于河水中十二烷基苯磺酸钠测定获得满意结果。
A method was studied for direct determination of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate in environmental water samples by flow injection fluorimetry. The excitation wavelength is at 230nm and the maximum emission wavelength is at 293nm.The linear range is 0~1 .5μg/mL, the detection limit is 4. 5ng/mL and the relative coefficient is 0.9997. The results of practical applications are satisfactory.
