给矿粒度分布对半自磨—球磨回路磨机选型的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用在JKSim Met软件平台上的流程模拟方法研究给矿粒度分布对年处理550万t某铁矿矿石的半自磨—球磨回路磨机选型的影响。研究结果表明,减小给矿粒度可显著降低所需半自磨机和球磨机的尺寸及驱动功率,从而降低磨矿回路的投资和运行成本。 The influence of feed particle size distribution on sizing of the SAG mill and the ball mill for a grind- ing circuit treating an iron ore with a throughput capacity of 5.5 Mt/a was studied by process simulation on the JK- SimMet platform. It was shown that reducing the feed particle size can significantly reduce the sizes of the mills as well as the driving powers required, therefore reducing investment and operating costs for the grinding circuit
