某大型金矿提高半自磨-球磨回路产能的参数研究

Parameter Study on Improving Circuit Capacity with SAG Mill and Ball Mill of a Large Gold Mine

摘要 针对金矿选厂的磨矿流程的磨矿效率低、磨矿功耗大等问题进行技术分析,根据现有磨矿设备的规格及对磨矿产物细度的要求,综合现有生产工艺、矿石性质、选矿技术和磨矿设备等因素,运用JKSimMet软件进行磨矿回路的稳态模拟,预测利用现有磨矿回路处理岩芯样时改善选矿细度、提高磨机产能的可能性。研究结果表明,扩大磨机回路产能的瓶颈在于半自磨机,减小半自磨机给矿粒度可显著提高半自磨机和球磨机的磨矿效率,使磨矿回路的处理能力最大能提高35%。 Grinding process for gold ore dressing plant high grinding efficiency,low grinding power problems such as technical analysis,according to the existing of the specifications of the grinding equipment and the requirement of mineral grinding fineness,comprehensive existing production process and grinding equipment,ore properties,processing technology,using JKSimMet software for steady state simulation of grinding circuit prediction using existing core sample when improve dressing grinding circuit fineness and possibility for improving the productivity of mill.The research results show that expanding mill circuit is half since the mill capacity bottlenecks,reduce half since the mill feed particle size and a half can significantly increase the mill and ball mill grinding efficiency,maximize the processing power of grinding circuit can be increased by 35%.
