摘要
为提高冬瓜山铜矿Ф8.53 m×3.96 m半自磨机处理能力采取了一些措施,如增大出料筛孔面积、增大补加球球径及充填率。生产实践表明,优化后半自磨机可以满足生产处理能力要求。另外,介绍了对半自磨筒体衬板结构及安装方式优化的生产实践,筒体衬板优化后半自磨机补加钢球球径由200 mm减小到150 mm,半自磨机筒体衬板使用寿命由三个半月延长到5个半月以上,钢球球耗下降25%,有效降低了选厂的生产成本及半自磨机噪音。
This paper introduces some production practices for improving the capacity of ^8. 53 m X 3. 96 m SAG mill in Dongguashan Copper Mine, such as increasing the screen pore area of discharge, increasing the adding ball diameter and the filling ratio. On the other hand, the verification tests were completed, and the experimental results shown that: it satisfied the production requirement completely under the condition of the existing SAG mill, grinding classification process and technical conditions. Finally, some practical improvements to optimize structure and installation method of liner were introduced, the adding steel ball diameter was decreased from 200 mm to 150 mm,the service life of the shell liners was extend from 3. 5 months to 5. 5 months and the steel consumption was re- suced by 25% after shell liners were optimized, which significantly reduce the cost of production and the noise from SAG mill to some extent.
