摘要
以中国石化西南油气分公司为例,利用一种信息化管理方法来加强钻井液的优化调度,以解决钻井液供求信息不对称及井间调运渠道不通畅等一系列问题。钻井液重复利用调度管理系统建立在X5工作流平台上,采用B/S模式,使用MYSQL数据库和Tomcat应用服务器以及Java开发语言。系统的四级流程管理模式实现了钻井液回收,转运,报废的网络化、流程化和标准化,提高了钻井液重复利用率。
Taking one field from Sinopec Southwest Oil and Gas Company as an example, we implemented an optimal dispatching for drilling fluid by means of an informationization management approach in order to solve some problems, such as supply-demand information asymmetry of drilling fluid, and unsmooth allocationtransportation channel among wells. A system of dispatching management to reuse drilling fluid is established on the X5 workflow.Through B/S mode, this system uses MYSQL data set, Tomcat application server, and Java development language. Furthermore, its management mode with four-level workflow may realize the recovery, transportation, and invalidity for drilling fluid in networking,streamlined, and standardized way, at last to increase a reuse frequency.
