摘要
针对非洲公路建设的特点,建立了非洲公路承包项目的风险评价指标体系,构建了AHP和灰色多层次相结合的综合评价模型,以瓦佳-马吉公路项目为例进行了风险评价研究,得到了项目风险的综合评价值,所得结论可为项目风险管理者提供科学的理论指导。
Following the characteristics of highway construction in Africa,a risk evaluation index system was established.The risk evaluation method was put forward based on AHP and grey hierarchy evaluation. And then the Tile- Maggie highway project was taken as an example to conduct a risk evaluation study. The comprehensive evaluation value of project risk was then obtained. The conclusion can provide scientific theoretical guidance for risk managers.
