摘要
文化安全是国家安全的重要组成部分。随着我国综合国力的提升,我国文化建设不断加强,文化安全形势不断得到改善。但由于受多元文化思潮的冲击、消极腐败行为的影响、以及互联网"双刃剑"效应的影响,我国文化安全始终面临巨大的威胁和挑战。应对挑战、化解风险,应尽快制定国家文化安全战略,积极构建具有中国因素的国际认同文化,坚持在包容的基础上敢于进行文化斗争,切实掌握互联网舆论主导权,积极推动国际文化新秩序的建立。
Cultural security is an important part of national security. With the promotion of Chinese overall national strength and cultural construction, the cultural security of our country has been im- proving. However, our culture has been facing major challenges and threats by the multi-culture shock and the impact of corruption and double-edged effect of network. To tackle these challenges, We should develop our national culture security strategy, build a culture combining Chinese elements and international identity, stick to cultural struggles on the basis of tolerance, gain dominance over public opinion on Internet, and promote the establishment of a new international cultural order.
