摘要
“东突”恐怖势力一直是威胁新疆及周边国家社会安全稳定的因素之一,构建“社会安全阀”机制是保障社会稳定、安全的重要组成部分。“东突”恐怖分裂势力、民族问题、经济问题是当前新疆及周边国家主要的不稳定因素。疏导认同和政策保障机制以及牢固的经济和制度保障机制是“社会安全阀”机制构建的重要特征。
＇East Turkistan~ terrorist group has always been threatening the social security and stability in Xinjiang and the periphery counties. This paper, on the basis of the analysis of social stability and security, analyses the social security mechanism in Xinjiang and its periphery countries in light of ＇East Turkistan＇ terrorist group. It also points out that recognition guidance, policy safeguard and sound economic insuring mechanism are the important characteristics of social safety value.
