摘要
针对井架整体轮式移运系统设计中存在的不足,设计了可旋转井架轮式移运系统。该系统利用油缸实现拖座与井架的连接及井架与底座的对接;每个轮轴增设了盘式制动装置实现对拖座的制动;增设了旋转功能实现较小转弯路况的转弯。为了实现旋转功能,把与井架产生连接或作用的部分作为一体,把与车桥连接的部分作为一体,这2部分靠面接触支撑井架大的压力,中心设旋转销实现两者的旋转。对旋转销的规格进行了选定,并对接触面进行了设计验证。现场应用结果表明,系统在沙漠路面上移运经历直行、转弯等路况时无任何问题出现,完全满足设计要求。
To address the drawbacks of wheeled derrick overall transportation system, the rotatable wheeled transportation system for derrick is designed. The system uses a hydraulic cylinder to connect the dolly base and the derrick and to butt the derrick and the substructure. The dolly base braking is achieved by the disc brake device e- quipped on each axle. The added rotating function is applied to make a turn on a smaller turning. In order to achieve the rotating function, the components associated with the derrick connect the components associated with the axle by rotating pin through surface contact to accommodate the high pressure imposed by the derrick. The specification of the rotating pin is optimized and the surface contact is designed and verified. Field application results show that the system runs well when running on a straight/turning desert road, thus fully meet the design requirements.
