摘要
BOP移运系统是自升式平台的主要配套设备之一,BOP的储存、海上连接、维修、安装及测试工作等都要依赖于BOP移运系统。对比较常见的托盘式BOP移运系统配套设备组成及作业流程进行了详细介绍,重点对系统核心单元设备——托盘式BOP吊进行了功能阐述,总结了其具有用"C"形托盘作为连接机构、提升装置由二级油缸组与伸缩臂组成等结构特点,并进行了优、缺点分析;最后在对比国内外发展现状的基础上提出了以后的发展建议。研究内容可为托盘式BOP移运系统的国产化进程提供帮助。
BOP transport system is a main unit on the self?elevating platform?BOP storage and its offshore connection, maintenance, installation and testing rely on the system?This paper presented the composition and working process of common tray BOP transport system, and described the functions of tray BOP lift?the core part of the system?The tray BOP lift adopts C?shaped tray as the connection mechanism and its lifting device consist of sec?ondary cylinders and telescopic booms?Its advantages and disadvantages were provided in this paper?Finally, rec?ommendations were put forward for future development of tray BOP transport system, in order to contribute to its lo?calization in China.
