石油钻机前开口井架整体运移装置的设计 被引量:7

摘要 中深井电驱动橇装钻机中短途搬家时,传统方式时间长、效率低、成本高。随着对钻井成本控制要求的提高,为满足钻机在沙漠和平原地区系统整体平移要求,设计开发了前开口式井架整体运移装置。该钻机井架运移装置主要由整体运移吊耳、后端轮式拖车、前部连接架及牵引托架组成。现场试验结果表明,该井架整体运移装置将轮式拖车与井架部件有机结合,利用大马力牵引车作为动力源,可实现前开口井架整体运移,应用效果较好,钻机搬家过程工人劳动强度低,不但提高了钻机搬迁效率,而且有效降低了钻井成本,满足了现代钻井承包商对钻井成本控制的高标准要求。 For the electric driven skid mounted medium deep drilling rig, traditional medium-to-short distance transportation has the issues of long time, low efficiency and high cost. To meet the requirement of the transporting the rig as a whole in the desert and plains, a device for front-open mast overall transport is designed and developed. The device mainly consists of overall transport lifting lug, back-end wheel-type trailer, the front frame and traction bracket. Field test results show that the mast overall transport device could combine the mast wheeled trailer with mast components, achieve overall transportation driven by high-horsepower tractor with great application performance, improved the rig move efficiency, thus reducing the drilling costs.
