摘要
目的:观察自制中药湿敷方对肛瘘术后并发症的疗效。方法:将120例肛瘘患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组60例。所有患者均采用低位肛瘘切除术,术后第2天起开始用药,治疗组患者给予痔疾洗液熏洗+换药+湿敷方湿热敷,对照组患者给予痔疾洗液熏洗+换药+50%硫酸镁溶液湿热敷。于术后第4天、8天、12天观察并比较两组患者的疼痛、肛缘水肿、瘙痒、肛门坠胀症状的发生情况。结果:术后,治疗组患者的疼痛、瘙痒、肛缘水肿及肛门坠胀发生情况明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药湿敷方局部湿敷较高浓度的硫酸镁溶液能够更好地缓解肛瘘患者术后并发症的发生。
Objective： To observe the curative effects of ＂ Shifu Decoction＂ on postoperative complications of anal fistulectomy. Methods： A total of 120 patients with anal fistula were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. All the patients were treated with low anal fistula resection. From the second day after operation, the patients in treatment group were treated by fumigation and washing with ＂Zhiji Lotion＂ ＋ changing of fresh dressing ＋ partial external application of ＂Shifu Decoction＂, and the patients in control group were treated by fumigation and washing with ＂Zhiji Lotion＂ ＋ changing of fresh dressing ＋ partial external application of 50% magnesium sulfate solution. The postoperative complications including pain, edema of the anal margin, pruritus and anus bulge were observed on the 4th, 8th, 12th days after operation. Results： The effects of treatment group were better than those of control group in relieving pain, pruritus, edema of the anal margin and anus bulge （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Partial external application of ＂Shifu Decoction＂ can better relieve the postoperative complications of anal fistuleetomy compared with magnesium sulfate solution of high concentration.
