摘要
对《五十二病方》中敷法的运用进行了整理研究。敷法具有止血、止痛、止痒、消肿,促进局部血液循环,促进伤口愈合,预防伤口愈后留瘢等功能。常用剂型有水剂、粉剂、软膏剂等。具体使用分搽、涂、敷、封、填等5种,它们既是敷药时的具体操作方法,也是用药厚薄程度的区分。运用敷法须注意敷药前要清洗局部、要揭去疮疡表面的干痂等。《五十二病方》关于敷法的记载,反映出我国在汉以前外治法已发展到相当水平。
The usage of application method in 'Prescription for 52 Kinds of Disease' was arranged and studied. Application can be applied in arresting he morrage, assuaging pain,de-tumescence, i mproving blood circulation,promoting the heal of wounds and preventing wounds from scar. The record of application method in 'Prescrition for 52 Kinds of Disease', to a certain degree, reflected a rather advanced level of application method in China before Hang Dynasty.
