摘要
采用生石灰对磷石膏进行中和预处理,分别探讨磷石膏杂质含量、pH值及物理性能随生石灰掺量的变化规律。结果表明:磷石膏的除杂顺序与杂质含量关系密切,当可溶性氟含量超过0.3%时,优先中和可溶性氟;在磷石膏呈弱酸性时,其性能较佳,建议石灰中和改性磷石膏的最佳pH值为4~5;磷石膏的物理性能受生石灰掺量的影响很大,并对其影响机理进行了分析。
Using lime neutralization to pretreatment phosphogypsum, respectively discussed the change rule of impurity content,pH value,as well as the physical properties with the lime dosage. The results show that the removal sequence of phosphogypsum isclosely related with the content of impurities. When the content of soluble fluorine is more than 0.3 percent,priority neutralizes thesoluble fluorine. The performance of obtained phosphogypsum is better when it is weak acidic. It is suggested that the optimal pHrange of lime "neutralization modified phosphogypsum is 4-5. The physical properties of phosphogypsum are greatly affected by thecontent of lime content,and the influence mechanism is analyzed.
