摘要
从黄石膏综合开发利用的角度出发,主要探讨了利用黄石膏、水泥、砂子等物料不同配合比配制绿色高性能混凝土,考查其是否能满足道路建设要求。研究结果表明,加入010%黄石膏的水泥胶砂抗压、抗折强度均满足P.O42.5水泥的强度指标要求;黄石膏经过烘干、粉磨达到0.074mm占98%以上时,添加水泥、黄石膏、FAC-1高效减水剂混合后能够作为胶凝材料,可以配制C30混凝土,其配比为黄石膏(0~30%)、水泥(100%~70%)、FAC-1(1.0~1.8%);混凝土的抗渗性能达到P12抗渗等级要求。
From the point of view of comprehensive utilization of yellow gypsum, the preparation of high-performance concrete was discussed by using different ratio of yellow gypsum, cement and sand. The results showed that the com- pressive and flexural strength of the cement mortar which was added to 0-10% of yellow gypsum could meet the standard requirement of P. 042.5 cement. When the yellow gypsum particle size is 0. 074ram more than 98% after drying and grinding,the C30 of concrete can be prepared by using the mixture of cement,yellow gypsum and FAC- 1 as cementitious materials, the ratio of which is 0 - 30% of yellow gypsum, 100 - 70% of cement and 1.0 - 1.8% of FAC-1. The impermeability of the concrete meets the requirement of P12.
