汉娜·阿伦特的"行动"理论具有深刻的教育学意蕴,为我们理解教师专业发展提供了行动路向和实践视角。"行动"理论指导下的教师专业发展要求教师直面教育实践本身,注重教师专业成长的动态生成过程。教师在行动中探究、反思,生成实践性知识,走向与学生的视域融合。
With a profound educational implications of Hannah Arendt's action theory, we understand that teachers' professional development and practice perspectives on the way forward. Actions under the guidance of teachers' professional development, teachers' education and teachers' professional development in the face of a dynamically generated process, teachers in action inquiry, reflection, generating practical knowledge and towards integration with the students' perspective.
