摘要
幼儿园教师的专业能力主要是指在幼儿园生活情境中,教师从事保教工作、园所管理和教育探索表现出来的能力。从教学论的基础理论来看,幼师生专业能力培养的根本问题在于如何让以外在形式存在的专业理念、专业知识、专业能力转化为内在力量和精神财富并指导其实践。因此,厘清幼儿园新教师专业能力不足原因,找出幼师生专业能力教与学的痛点,尝试在"两次倒转"中实现幼师生专业能力培养,可以为幼儿园教师职前教育提供一条新的思路。
The professional ability of kindergarten teachers mainly refers to the ability that teachers are engaged in nursing work,garden management and educational exploration in kindergarten life situations.From the basic theory of teaching theory,the fundamental problem of cultivating professional ability of young teachers and students lies in how to transform the inner strength and spiritual wealth of professional ideas,professional knowledge and professional abilities that exist outside the form and guide their practice.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the reasons for the lack of professional competence of new kindergarten teachers,to find out the painful points of professional ability teaching and learning of kindergarten students,and to try to realize the cultivation of professional competence of kindergarten students in"two reversals".It can provide a new train of thought for preschool teachers'pre-service education.
