摘要
为了加强医疗设备售后服务管理,近年多地开展了医疗设备售后服务满意度调查。本文通过上海地区5年调查实践的回顾,对其组织方式、评价内容、评价对象、受访对象和区域的设定等方面进行了讨论,并对今后售后服务评价的发展进行了探讨。
In order to strengthen the management of after-sales service of medical equipment, a lot of satisfaction surveys on after-sales service have been carried out in recent years. With the review of satisfaction surveys in Shanghai in the past 5 years, this paper discussed the organization form, evaluation content, evaluation object, respondents and regional settings of these surveys, and explored the development of evaluation methods for after-sales service .
