摘要
为了完善医疗设备售后服务质量的评价体系,加强对医疗设备保养质量的评价,本文探索建立一个区域性针对各主流生产厂家大型医疗设备保养质量的评价指标体系,从保养结果、保养过程和保养覆盖3方面对上海地区大型医用设备生产厂家的设备售后维护保养质量进行客观的评价。
In order to improve the evaluation system for after-sales service quality and to strengthen the evaluation of the quality of medical equipment maintenance, this paper explored to establish a regional evaluation system of maintenance quality of large medical equipment for all major manufacturers, which objectively evaluated the maintenance quality of large medical equipment manufacturers in Shanghai in three aspects： the result of maintenance, the maintenance process, and the maintenance coverage.
