摘要
对浮动油封频繁漏油及损坏的原因进行了分析,并通过对返厂大修摇臂的拆解及测量对其进行了验证。结果表明:行星减速器中双列圆锥滚子轴承磨损严重,内部游隙严重超差是造成浮动油封频繁漏油及损坏的主要原因。
The causes of frequent oil leakage and damage of the floating seals were analyzed, and were verified through to the dismantling and measurement of the old ranging. The results showed that serious wear of the double row tapered roller bearing in planetary reducer and serious error of its internal clearance were the direct cause of frequent oil leakage and damage of the floating seals.
