摘要
针对采掘机械浮动密封易失效和使用寿命一致性差的问题,介绍了浮动密封的结构形式和特点,指出浮动密封的失效形式,并从设计、加工制造和使用维护三方面深入分析原因,提出合理的改进措施,为采掘机械浮动密封长时间可靠运行提供有益的指导。
In view of the problems of easy failure and poor service life consistency of the floating seal of mining machinery,introduced the structural form and characteristics of the floating seal,pointed out the failure form of the floating seal,and made in-depth cause analysis from three aspects of design,manufacturing and use maintenance,put forward reasonable improvement measures,which provides useful guidance for the long-term and reliable working of the floating seal of mining machinery.
