摘要
采煤机截割部运行工况比较差,长时间运行后容易出现浮动油封漏油的情况,并可能进一步导致行星减速器损坏,影响采煤机正常运行。针对浮动油封运行可靠性偏低的问题,分析了影响其可靠性的主要因素,并针对性地提出了改良措施,希望对采煤机运行管理具有借鉴意义。
The working condition of the cutting section of coal mining machine is relatively poor, and oil leakage of floating oil seal is easy to occur after a long period of operation, which may further lead to the damage of planetary reducer and affect the normal operation of coal mining machine. Aiming at the problem of low reliability of floating oil seal operation, this paper analyzed the main factors affecting its reliability and put forward the improvement measures, hoping to provide reference for the operation management of coal mining machine.
