摘要
目的:探讨泌尿外科优质护理的实施方法及管理成效。方法:选择泌尿外科收治的177例患者,随机将患者分为观察组89例与对照组88例,对照组患者给予常规护理模式,观察组患者采用优质护理模式。结果:两组患者在护理满意度、护理缺陷发生情况及纠纷发生情况对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理提高护理满意度及护士对自身价值的认同感,是未来护理工作发展的趋势。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of implementation Methods and management of Urology quality care.Methods Select clinical data from 177 cases of patients admitted to the Department of Urology,patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group 89 cases,88 cases in the control group were treated with routine care model,the observation group were treated with high-quality care model.Results Two groups of patients in nursing satisfaction,nursing defect cases and disputes contrast to the situation were significant differences(P〈0.05).Conclusion Quality care to improve the care and nurse satisfaction with the value of their own identity,is the development trend of future care.
