摘要
目的:探讨5s管理在泌尿外科安全管理中的应用效果,以供临床护理工作参考。方法:我院自2013年6月起在泌尿外科安全管理中实施常组织、常整顿、常清理、常规范、常自律等"5s管理"优质护理服务。以实施5s管理管理前半年内(2013年1月至6月)泌尿外科病房收治的324例患者作为对照组,实施5s管理管理后半年内(2013年6月至12月)泌尿外科病房收治的385例患者作为实验组。对比两组患者在护理风险事件发生率、患者对护理工作满意程度等方面的差异性。结果:与对照组对比,我们发现实验组护理风险事件发生率明显下降,护患满意率明显较高,组间差异经统计学分析后认为有意义(P<0.05)。结论:在泌尿外科安全管理中应用5s管理可明显减少护理风险事件,提高护理质量,增进护患关系,今后可将其在各病区进行推广应用。
To explore the application of 5 s management in urology and safety management in orderto provide the reference for the clinical nursing work.Methods: Since June 2013,the urology of our hospitalcarried out thesafety managementincluding often organizations, often clean up, often clean, often standardized, often self-discipline '5 s' management, such as high quality nursing service.324 cases of urological surgical ward patients before5 s managementwas carriedin the first half (January 2013 to June)asthe control group, 385 patients admitted in urology wardafterthe implementation of 5 s management within the next six months (June and December 2013)astheexperimental group. Compared two groups of patients in the incidence of nursing risk events, patients satisfaction of nursing work, etc. Results:Compared withthecontrol group, we found that the incidence of nursing risk events in theexperimental groupwere significantly lowerbut thesatisfactionrate for nursing, significantly higher and differences between the groupswere significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the uropoiesis surgical department safety management in the application of 5 s management can significantly reduce the nursing risk events, improve the quality of nursing and the relationship between nurses and patients,whichcan be applied in the ward.
