摘要
现今,在医疗卫生体制的深入改革、医院管理理念的不断进步,同时随着民众医疗自主意识的进一步加强,人们对护理服务质量和护理水平有了更高层次的要求。现时多数服务行业日渐意识到精益六西格玛管理理论应用于纯服务包括医疗行业所带来的高效管理效果。在不断发展的医疗行业,精益六西格玛管理理论的应用能否在优质护理服务实施过程中取得应有的效果,成为医疗行业的重点关注命题。为此,通过总结现时护理管理的模式,试图寻找适合临床护理实践发展的高效护理管理模式。
