摘要
基于血清药理学的理论,试图从含证血清探讨中医证的形成机制。以国内外所发表的文献为研究基础,以中医理论为基石,以四诊规范为前提,以辨证思维为核心,以人的整体作为研究对象,分析、归纳和综述中医证和血清药理学方法的研究动态。在血清药理学理论的启示下,提出含证血清的概念,使现代科学技术与中医学有一个可行的切合点,有利于应用现代生命科学的技术手段和理论,揭示中医证的实质,为推动中医药现代化的进程提供新的技术平台。
To discuss the formation mechanism of TCM syndrome from the serum containing syndrome based on the theory of serum pharmacology. With the thought of TCM dif erentiation as the core and human as object of study, the TCM syndrome and the research trends of serum pharmacology method were analyzed, generalized and reviewed that based on medical literature at domestic and overseas, the theory of TCM and the four methods of diagnosis. The concept of containing syndrome serum was put forward that based on the theory of serum pharmacology. As a feasiblefit point combination the modern science and technology with TCM, the containing syndrome serum contributed to reveal the essence of TCM syndrome and provided a new technology platform for promoting the modernization of TCM with the technology and theory of modern science.
