摘要
文章认为中医脏腑观中的脏腑概念有"形"、"气"、"神"三方面的内涵。在"形"的层面上说,中医与西医关于脏腑的概念是一致的,但是"五脏之气"对"五脏之形"起决定作用,中医脏腑观认为"五脏六腑之气"对于人体的一切生理、病理变化发挥决定性作用。
The concept of Zangfu in Chinese medicine includes three aspests： Xing （or form）, Qi and Shen. In view of the aspect of Xing （form）, the concept of internal organs are the same in both Chinese medicine and modern medicine. However, in the concept of Chinese medicine, the Qi of the internal organ has the foundamental functions to the forms of the internal organs. The Qi of the internal organs has the decisive functions causing all physical and pathological changes of human body.
